(English) Have you ever wondered who the people are are behind the scenes of events like Fresh Faces? We caught up with Lee Harris, our official behind the scenes photographer for Fresh Faces 2012, to see the model contest from his perspective.

(English) Michelle Fennel is the winner of the last week of the Fashion Photography contest by Vimity.com and NotJustFashion.net, earning her spot in the grand final! Who will put their hands on the grand prize? Will it be Joanna, Polly, Ofer, Sasha, Daniel, Nicole or Michelle?

(English) For this Fashion Photography contest the boys are still ruling the scene! This week’s winner is Daniel Holfeld from Dublin, Ireland! Will he be strong enough to battle off the other winners and finally win the competition? We’ll just have to wait and see!

(English) A portrait is a painting, photograph, sculpture or any other artistic representation of a person, in which the face and the expressions are predominant. The aim is to portray the likeness, personality and mood of the person.

(English) It’s much more than just the physicality of a woman; above all it’s personality, style, sensuality and sense of humor. I see the female beauty as an energy that manifests itself, flows through the pores….

Born in 1917 the son of a New Jersey watchmaker, Irving Penn became one of the most prolific and revered photographers of the post war era. His photographs graced countless covers of VOGUE and his work, regardless of the subject, was never less than a piece of art.
