(English) I am not one to blog about tabloid scandals but this is a fashion tabloid scandal and it involves John Galliano – one of the best fashion designers in the world.

(English) Was the new Rapunzel movie ‘Tangled’ the inspiration behind Phoebe English’s creations? Not sure, but we are sure loving each and everyone of those fabulous hairy looking dresses.

(English) Apart from the beautiful clothes and all the action backstage from New York Fashion Week we hear from the Editors that the latest hot trend that seems to be catching up is nail art!

(English) Bags and purses mean a lot to almost every modern-day girl. Be it in the form of a designer clutch or a more practical rucksack, bags form an important part of a look and can easily make or break an outfit.

(English) By now almost everyone has watched and is still talking about ‘Black Swan’, the much awaited critically acclaimed film starring Natalie Portman.

(English) Besides the gorgeous dresses and shoes, one of the things that we all look forward to seeing on the catwalk every season is the hairstyles on the models and one of the highlights of this season was no doubt Erdem.

(English) Always with the start of a new year, I tend to keep a close eye on the fashion scene what’s in store for us in terms trends. I know the trick is to pay attention to this season’s trends one season beforehand, but I have a different approach: I check out the new trends just before the start of a particular season so that I can then see the execution and the spread of the trend on to street level.
